Jim Mateosky
Lived in cold New York for many years and then in hot Florida for many more. He visited San Ramon and felt in love with the place in his first visit. The weather was perfect here: not too cold, not too hot. Jim loves plants and the out doors, making this his perfect home. His two young daughters are going to school and having a great time with the many friends they have here. There is little need to sit in front of the TV since there is just too much fun with the Pura Vida you enjoy in this place. Jim sold real state both residential and business in Florida, as well as managed rental properties.

Ben Cart
He´s a kind of similar to Ben Cartwright, but he is from Georgia. He has been developing real estate for the last 30 years: 15 here in Costa Rica and 15 in SE Georgia. For years he lived in San Ramon, and developed properties on the beach in Guanacaste and in the Arenal area. Now he is happy San Ramon is finally becoming a place that people are interested in moving to so he can work at home. You need to hear him speak Spanish with a Georgia Accent. At first I said what is that then I listened and the Spanish was good just a new accent.
Ben developed a fly in community in Darrin GA. The first Ralph Lauren Polo Outlet Mall, plus some smaller sub divisions around SW GA.
